Our Chardonnay is known to be a relatively dry, medium-bodied white wine emanating fresh, crisp notes of pear, guava, lemon-peel and apple. We aged the Chardonnay in a 2 year old barrel so it has a slight tint of oak and a slight tint of butter. A velvety wine with a long caressing finish.
